Remarketing & Heatmapping
We use Google AdWords Remarketing to advertise Rapid Retail across theInternet. AdWords remarketing will display relevant ads tailored to you basedon what parts of the Rapid Retail website you have viewed, by placing a cookieon your machine. THIS COOKIE DOES NOT IN ANYWAY IDENTIFY YOU OR GIVE ACCESS TOYOUR COMPUTER. The cookie is used to say ‘This person visited this page, soshow them ads relating to that page’. Google AdWords Remarketing allows us totailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that arerelevant to you.
We also want to better our understanding of howvisitors currently use certain key pages on the website, so we use a toolcalled Lucky Orange. The heatmap tool works by using cookies that help usunderstand how website visitors are using certain pages, for example byrecording mouse clicks, mouse movements and scrolling activity. Lucky Orangedoes not track this activity on any site that does not use the Lucky Orangesystem and you can choose to disable the service at any point by visiting http://www.luckyorange.com/disable.php.
Marketing
If you choose to join our mailing list, the email address that you submitto us will be held within our CRM platform, who provide us with email marketingservices. We consider our CRM platform to be a third party data processor.
Your email address will remain within our CRMplatform’s database for as long as we continue to use its services for emailmarketing, or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can dothis by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email wesend you, or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal viaemail, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribedto the mailing list.

While your email address remains within our CRMplatform’s database, you will receive periodic newsletter-style emails from us.We would like to send you information about products and services of ours,which may be of interest to you.
