Accounts and Administration Assistant

The perfect candidate will bring proven experience in a comparable Finance role, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and outstanding communication skills, both within the company and with external partners. We value integrity, a strong work ethic, and the ability to self-motivate highly.

Reponsibilities
- Accurate processing of purchase invoices.
- Raising sales invoices using Sage.
- Chasing outstanding debtors and dealing with incoming queries in a timely manner.
- Maintaining supplier account details.
- Assisting with month end related tasks to support the Finance Manager.
- Reconciliation of accounts/supplier statements.
- Resolving customer queries in a professional manner.
- Proficiency in using accounting software Sage.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Administrative support to directors when required.
- General Office Administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in and administrative or financial role.
- Proficient using Sage.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
- Proficiency using Google, Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook.
- Remuneration: £27,000 - £29,000pa
- Working Hours: Full-time in the office.
- Pension: 5% employee contribution, 3% employer contribution *
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
