As we look out from our Offices in Pershore towards Bredon Hill, we can almost hear the roar from Cheltenham as the Festival is in full swing this week.
As Helicopters buzz overhead and punters go past in their Coach loads, we at Rapid Retail are once again proud to be a part of one of the biggest Sporting Occasions in the UK calendar and even more special this year with the Gold Cup falling on St Patricks Day (although the Race Course was celebrating St Patricks Day on the Thursday!!)
We have a strong link with British Horse Racing as we supply Kiosks and Retail units across several Race Courses including Royal Ascot, Newbury and of course Cheltenham.
At Cheltenham, we supply a number of Tote Betting Kiosks which are located across key areas at the course which is attended by over 250,000 people over the week. Our photos below were taken on Wednesday at the Festival. These cabins are in various sizes with 3-5 serving windows.
We also have a presence across most of the biggest sporting events and stadia across the UK and Europe.
With the Rugby Six Nations nearing an end, we have units at Twickenham, Murrayfield and The Stade de France whilst in Football the Champions League and Europa League is currently in the knock out stages. We have units at Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea as well as Paris St Germain and Barcelona.
This year we have the Ashes returning to England and for 2023 we have units at three of the five Test venues of Edgbaston, Headingley and Lords.
In the Summer, we have many events going with the biggest being at Silverstone for the British Grand Prix. Our team have been busy over the past few months preparing ahead of this prestigious occasion, which includes the re-branding of merchandise trailers and moving of Merchandise Stores current at the track.
